Transparency & Corporate Security

PRIVACY POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION AND TRANSPARENCY (CONTROLLER VS PROCESSOR)

Digital Vision IA (registered in Campina Grande/PB, Brazil) values the privacy and security of information. This Policy describes how we process personal data in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law No. 13.709/2018) and GDPR principles.

Technical Scope Note: To differentiate our market performance, we clarify that on our website and institutional landing pages, we act as the Controller of lead data. However, throughout the VisioFlow ERP ecosystem, we act purely as a data Processor, under the direction and authority of medical clinics (who figure as the absolute Controllers of that information).

2. DATA COLLECTED AND PURPOSE

We collect and process data based on the highest standards of data minimization, using it only for the following clear and legitimate purposes:

  • Navigation Data (Cookies): IPs, general location, and click behavior. Purpose: Analytical purposes, information security, and user experience optimization in the digital ecosystem. Collection is managed through your explicit consent.
  • Registration Data (B2B Forms/Launches): Name, corporate email, phone, and job title. Purpose: Strategic commercial relationship, sending SaaS solution proposals, and automating intelligent sales funnels.

3. SECURITY INFRASTRUCTURE AND GOOGLE CLOUD PARTNERSHIP

Technical rigor is the foundation of our corporate operation. To guarantee the invulnerability of the data under our guard:

All collected and processed data is stored in a High Availability cloud environment through our scalable infrastructure in a world-class partnership with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). We apply advanced encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), ensuring systemic "shielding" against unauthorized access or leaks, fully complying with enterprise-level security standards.

4. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS (ART. 18 LGPD / GDPR)

Digital Vision IA ensures total transparency and ease for our platform users to exercise their legal rights, which include:

  • Confirmation of the existence of processing and access to stored data.
  • Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data.
  • Anonymization, blocking, or elimination of unnecessary or excessive data.
  • Unrestricted revocation of consent at any time.
